Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Please note the following items are non-returnable:
- Items that have been opened or used
- Items not in their original packaging
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at [your contact email] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued as store credit, which will be applied to your Nura account within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or store credit at no additional cost to you.
