All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the UK, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. Nura has no control over customs delays or charges.
Lost or Delayed Parcels

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Nura is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
